Missed or cancelled appointments seriously affect our business.

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you cannot attend an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge. Missed appointments will incur a fee of 100%.

As well as our email reminders, please ensure that you have taken note of your appointment you have made with us, as it is unlikely that we will be able to fill the space with short notice.

Please note that all of our therapists are self employed, and also that another client could be waiting for a cancellation.

Upon booking an online appointment the online software you maybe asked to confirm the appointment using a card capture process.

Vouchers or pre paid appointments that are missed will result in losing the value of voucher or credit

As a salon, we do not offer cash refunds. A credit note/voucher will be given.
